We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced individual to join our team in STELIR project. The Operations Manager will provide project management support to the Teaching strand of the Secondary Teachers English Language Improvement Rwanda (STELIR) project. Working with the Academic Manager, the role will provide support to all aspects of the project, including: administering and analysing English language proficiency testing of secondary teachers; development, delivery and support of teacher training for the ETTs and eTMs, including both face-to-face and online components.
