University of Rwanda/College of Science and Technology (UR-CST), would like to recruit competent and qualified academic staff to occupy vacant positions in the Department of Construction Economics and Management, Department of Estate Management and Valuation and the Centre for Geographic Information Systems and Remote Sensing (CGIS) which work closely with the Department of Spatial Planning
1. Department of Construction Economics and Management focuses on construction management, quantity surveying, cost management and control, procurement, contracts, project management, digital construction and sustainable construction;
2. Department of Estate Management and Valuation focuses on real-estate and property management, property valuation, investment and development, land and property markets, and professional practices related to the management and valuation of
real-estate assets;
3. The Centre for Geographic Information Systems and Remote Sensing (CGIS) is a University of Rwanda that focuses on the application of GIS, Remote Sensing, geoinformatics, cartography, photogrammetry, geospatial databases and web mapping
to support environmental and natural resources management, disaster risk management, urban and regional planning, land management and sustainable development.
The Centre therefore serves as a platform for geospatial innovation, research, skills development, data management and evidence-based planning, contributing to national and regional development through the effective use of geospatial technologies;
