Job Description
• Addresses system issues as they arise with a view to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the national laboratory network.
• Support where necessary training efforts related to the laboratory system with a view to building the decentralized system.
• Reports regularly on work progress, on the national laboratory system situation. In collaboration with all unit in the NRL
• The laboratory system coordinator will provides technical expertise in laboratory supply chain systems of Rwanda, with a particular focus on quantification and forecasting
• Provides guidance to the logistics manager based in RMS
• Works closely with partners of the NRL to ensure coordination and mutual support
