Job Description

• Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for institutional research and as the operational liaison for other research organizations, funding agencies and regulating bodies.
• Participate in preparation of clinical studies and other research projects, grant writing, protocol development and coordinates the implementation of research study protocols
• Serve as primary contact for investigators/researchers, research participants, sponsors, and regulatory agencies.
• Manage research project databases, develop important study-related documents, and ensure their completion
• Ensure compliance with research protocols, and review and audit case report forms for completion and accuracy with source documents
• Help assemble study kits, monitor scheduling of procedures and charges, coordinate documents, and attend monitoring meetings with PIs, acting as primary contact.
• Interact with the principal investigator regularly, ensuring patient safety and adherence to proper study conduct.
• Plan, implement, and maintain data collection and analysis systems in support of research protocol; may coordinate the collection and analysis of research data.
• Monitors the progress of research activities; develops and maintains records of research activities, and prepares periodic and ad hoc reports, as required
• Participate in monitor visits and regulatory audits
• Other task as needed in the coordination of various research projects




Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Public Health

    1 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine

    3 Years of relevant experience

  • Master’s Degree in Global Health

    1 Year of relevant experience

  • Master’s degree in Epidemiology

    1 Year of relevant experience
