Job Description
– Conduct investigation on market practices such as (pricing irregularities, prohibited advertising, comparative advertising, contracts between seller and buyer, guarantee terms, after sales services, time limits) and report accordingly
– Ensure basic consumer rights are observed;
– Investigate and handle cases regarding consumer rights violation
– Prepare reading materials related with consumer rights
– Conduct awareness activities
– Advocate for public concerns
– Organize promotional events in collaboration with Information Education and Communication Specialist.
– Provide timely reports
