Job description

ï‚§ Receive and check incoming and outgoing Finance mails;
ï‚§ Record incoming and outgoing Finance mails;
ï‚§ Ensure timely distribution of all Incoming/outgoing invoices;
ï‚§ Facilitate Suppliers to access needed documents;
ï‚§ Regularly check and dispatch mails received in Finance;
ï‚§ Ensure the security of Finance correspondences;
ï‚§ Write and submit on regular basis (monthly and quarterly) reports;
ï‚§ Maintain a current and accurate filing system;
ï‚§ Ensure timely filling of Finance documents;
ï‚§ Determine Finance documents to be sent to NIDA Documentation and Archives Office;
ï‚§ Take minutes of meetings chaired by Director of Administration and Finance and file reports;
ï‚§ Receive and answer all Finance phone calls and record necessary information related to Finance;
ï‚§ Digitize all received supporting documents.

  • Advanced Diploma in Secretarial Studies
