Position Summary |
The ISMR Team Leader will lead a technical team of two (1. Energy Field Officer and 2. Training and Sensitization, and Monitoring and Evaluation Officer) and the daily management of project activities in Rwanda, being responsible for and ensuring timely and quality project implementation in accordance with the workplan and monitoring and evaluation framework.

JOB PURPOSE
Under the supervision of Emergency Transit Mechanism Coordinator, The Livelihood and Education Officer, is responsible for the daily technical planning, implementation, supervision, monitoring, and reporting of all livelihood and education activities in GASHORA ETM, to ensure the effective implementation and sustainability of the project by keeping the standards agreed with WVI ministry policies. Nasho Irrigation Cooperative (NAICO) is a legally registered cooperative with registration number Nr: RCA?0409/2019, located in Nasho sector, Kirehe district. It was formed to bring together about 2,000 smallholder farmers within Nasho irrigation project site.
