Job Description
- To manage the costs and financial aspects of construction projects, including preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, budgets, tender documents, valuations, and monitoring project expenditures; and
- To do any other task related to the job as may be required by the supervisors.
General Requirements
- Must be a Rwandan
- Must be 25 years and below

- Copy of a diploma & transcript
- Must not have a criminal record
- Must not be black-listed or dismissed from public service
- Academic qualifications: Advanced diploma, bachelors’ degree or Masters’ degree in relevant fields
Specific Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Building Economics, or any other related field; and
- Understanding of Bills of Quantities (BoQ), Construction contracts, Project cost control and reporting and Risk management in construction.
