Job Description
- To plan and manage food preparation and catering services while ensuring meals are nutritious, safe, balanced, and appropriate for the needs of individuals or groups; and
- To do any other task related to the job as may be required by the supervisors.

- Academic qualifications: Advanced diploma, bachelors’ degree or Masters’ degree in relevant fields
Specific Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food science, or Hospitality management; and
- Certificates in food safety, professional cookery, and health-focused nutrition is an added advantage.
