Job Description
- To develop plans, indicators, targets, and monitoring systems to track the progress and performance of programs or projects; and
- To do any other task related to the job as may be required by the supervisors.

- Academic qualifications: Advanced diploma, bachelors’ degree or Masters’ degree in relevant fields
Specific Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, Strategic Management, Public Policy, Project Management, Development Studies, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields;
- Possessing any of the following would be an added advantage: Monitoring & Evaluation fundamentals; Results-Based Management (RBM); Data quality assessment (DQA); and
- Relevant professional experience in research, policy analysis, planning, monitoring and evaluation, or national security related assessment, with demonstrated ability to produce analytical reports and support evidence-based decision-making.
