Education/Experience required:

Responsibilities:

To build and maintain a substantial and high deposits portfolio as well quality loan portfolio

Main tasks:

• Solicit new deposits from different businesses being individuals and corporate,
• Solicit new loan accounts in accordance with specific provisions of AXON Tunga ;
• Organize and animate solidary groups and ensure their financial education and literacy ;
• Conduct client’ assessments and organize loan orientation seminars;
• Prepare and present credit applications to the branch credit committee for approvals;
• Supervises weekly meetings with the groups, and ensure zero tolerance against past due.
• Conduct area mapping and other survey activities tasked by the supervisor;

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Review and monitor the company strategic plans to ensure they are operationalized and adhered to the values of AXON Tunga Microfinance ;
2. Review and monitor company policies to make sure they are in compliance with the Rwanda financial rules and regulations ;
3. Monitor the implementation of company strategies and policies through in-dept analysis that provide relevant recommendations and suggestions on appropriate actions to engage ;
4. Ensure effective internal and external communications of the company policies, values and strategies;
5. Create a liaison between management and other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.
6. Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop and implement corrective actions and provide guidances to avoid similar situations in the future ;
7. Ensure independent review and evaluation in regard with compliance concerns ;
8. Provide reports on a regular basis about operations and progress of compliance effort,
9. Willingness to take on finance duties like reconciliation, accounting, etc.
10. Serve as a credit administrator at the beginning to make sure all the loans files are compliant with the company policy and procedures.

JOB OVERVIEW

easyHATCH Ltd is offering a prime role for energetic, dynamic person to join our team. The successful candidate will need to approach their job with zeal, integrity, and utmost honesty.
You will be required to tend to chicks, egg incubation processes, cleaning, and general upkeep of the hatchery/farm. Prior knowledge of poultry management will be advantageous. You will attend to any duties as directed by the Supervisor.
easyHATCH will provide you with all the necessary basic training specific to our hatchery/farm operations as it pertains to our protocols and standards.

This is a hands-on job and you must be comfortable with handling animals, animal waste, and performing egg breakout analysis. This is a non-negotiable job requirement. You must be physically fit and strong.
