To effectively realize pre hospital emergency care procedures, techniques for all emergency cases according to pre-hospital emergency care protocols, norms and standards; –
To assure the on-going monitoring of patient’s vital signs during primary and secondary transport;

– Responsible for the national quantification and forecasting of laboratory equipment, diagnostic tools, reagents and lab consumables; as such he will be the NRL focal point for the CPDS process, this also includes being responsible for the management of UNITAID donations to Rwanda.

– Reports every week on work load problems at NRL to ensure a rapid turn-around of tests for client sites.
