Key Accountabilities

Initiate, develop and administers the control parameters, process flows of the Enterprise Service Bus for new integration.
Develop APIs standards and maintain them appropriately
Evaluate integration technologies, drive consensus, create proof-of-concept and frameworks Architect.
Design & Develop Security & integration components for data extraction, & internal /external application integration.
Collaborate with Security, Development, Infrastructure & Service delivery team to develop secured frameworks components and applications for integrations and interfaces.

Experience

System integration with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and BPM will be added advantage.
Experience in Core Banking System Integration and Interfaces such T24 Integration Framework, Amplitude Integration (AIX), etc.
Web Services interaction and development for the data access from the data platform is required
Message based application development using JMS, MQ Series/Rabbit MQ.
Web services standards and related technology knowledge (WSDL SOAP, Rest, XML, XSD, etc.)
Experience in developing languages and Scripting such as Java, Ruby, Node.Js, XSLT, JavaScript, etc. Skills of modern development frameworks will be an advantage.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies, think logically and solve problems independently.
Development experience in a Cross-platform, multi-tier environment
Ability to think analytically and logically; and work independently or as part of a team
Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical business personnel.
Ability to work autonomously and under pressure;

Qualifications

Key Accountabilities

Carry out network administration and troubleshooting tasks to ensure WAN and LAN are operating efficiently at all times at head office, Disaster Recovery Center and in branches;
Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes;

Key Accountabilities

Maintain the company’s database systems including performance tuning, monitoring critical events, back-up/restore, archiving and documentation.
Manage production, QA and development database environments.
Create and manage multiple databases running on different DBMS including Oracle, MS SQL server, MySql, NoSql DB.
Monitor database systems and troubleshoot problems that may arise.
Maintain data integrity and security by properly managing roles and permissions of database users.
Use advanced tools for database tuning, generate traces, review execution plans, identify performance issues, deadlocks/contention and resolve them.

Application Testing Lead is a newly created role in Bank of Kigali under the Transformation Program. This is an opportunity for a highly capable and experienced leader to help elevate and transform our capacity for quality assurance for various banking systems such as T24, ERP and other banking application. Missions
Prevention and management of legal risk

Establish or validate the legal acts and standard forms of correspondence likely to engage the responsibility of AMIFA (letters, mandates, conventions, acts of standardized guarantees, current documents intended for the customers, contracts, amending endorsements, mail emanating from the auxiliaries of justice or clientele, standard models of bank certificates, etc.);




Contribute, in collaboration with the departments concerned, to the legal security of the property and securities portfolio (formalization of transactions, legal monitoring, keeping and updating of files, etc.);
Take charge of the liability files, files relating to embezzlement and litigation (qualification, filing of a complaint, follow-up vis-à-vis the lawyer, appeal, etc.) until the final decision is made;
ensures that the circulars projects comply with the laws and regulations in force.
Management of relations with external correspondents

Process, observing the legal conditions of admissibility and the required deadlines, requests relating to the right of communication, requisitions, garnishments and notices to third-party holders;
Support the external dissemination of accredited AMIFA signatures;
Represent AMIFA before legal authorities and service providers.
Assistance and advice Raise awareness of the legal implications of the institution’s activities and of the aspects of the law that could lead to the liability of AMIFA Rwanda Plc; Inform the entities of the subsidiary regarding the evolution of legal regulations and their impact; Issue a reasoned opinion on the legal consultations subject to its assessment; Assist the entities of the subsidiary (assembly of operations, critical analysis of the projected plans, drafting of contracts, monitoring of social life, …) Drafting of the Minutes of the Boards of Directors Ensure the drafting of the minutes of the boards of directors and ensure their distribution;




Qualifications:

Have a law degree. A specialization in Business Law would be an asset. At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

 ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR MECHANICS AND AUTO_ELECTRICIANS

  • Provide standards quality services of machine preventive maintenance aiming to minimize machine breakdown
  • To do proper fault finding of machine problems
  • Link with chief mechanics to make sure that all spares are available in stocks
  • Plan regular service maintenance of machine to maximize their productivity
  • Ensure adherence to safe work practices and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations
  • Assist peat land operating crews when required
  • Perform any other related duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Proven professional experience of at least 4- 10 years machine operation (EXACATOR, DOZER, Wheel loader), professional experience of CAT and agricultural machine/ peat mining shall be an added value
  2. Ability to read and understand high tech agricultural machines
  3. Analytical skills
  4. Attention to details
  5. Teamwork’s spirt
  6. English communication skills (Speaking, reading, and writing)
  7. Good health and strength (medical certificate of authorized Doctor should be submitted to the Employer for selected candidates)
  8. Basic education with at least 6 years of secondary school, certificate of technical schools, and University level shall be an added value.
