DIRECTOR OF MARKETING &CUSTOMER RELATIONS
|
- He/she must have a master’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
- He/she should have Eight (8) years’ working experience with a minimum of five (5) years in a marketing and sales position preferably in a hospital or service industry setting with a proven track record in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Branding management and/ or any other related qualification is an added advantage
- Proven Competencies in the development and implementation of strategy, business planning, and project management
- Strong understanding of customers and market dynamics and requirement
- Competency in implementing digital Marketing tools &Strategies.
- Effective communication skills
- Rwandan by Nationality
- Age not above 45 years

- Develop and maintain communication and marketing strategies, policies, and procedures
- Develop and produce Hospital publications including information brochures, annual reports, and pamphlets.
- Develop and implement client surveys and respond to feedback
- Provide guidelines to managers regarding personal and professional representation to ensure Hospital reputation management.
- Raise and maintain public awareness of Hospital services through press releases, advertising, and other promotional activities
- Manage all complaints as per Policies and Procedures within designated timelines
- Facilitate the design of and information for the Hospital website, ensuring appropriate information for all users and readers (employees, clients, medical practitioners, medical aid companies, partners and the community).
