Sales Agent

Charis UAS is looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Agents who are persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.




Responsibilities for Sales Agent

  • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Establish relationships with new customers and existing customers
  • Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
  • Identify and respond to client needs
  • Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services
  • Follow up on customer orders as necessary
  • Anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly
  • Contact potential customers through phone calls, emails, and Visits
  • Determine customer needs and offer product or service solutions and support
  • Close sales and lead customer through the purchasing process
  • Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective clients
  • Regularly provide activity report as requested




Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus
  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred with a demonstrated successful sales record
  • Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
  • Proficient with Google Sheets application and Microsoft office
  • Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
  • Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
  • Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and computer literate
