Required qualifications, competences and experience
- A Bachelor or Master degree in SMEs/cooperative management, Finance management, accounting, economics, business administration, project management, and similar options, …
- At least 5 years’ professional experience in SMEs /Cooperatives and business management. Having experience in carpentry/joinery is an advantage.
- Hardworking, patient, enthusiastic, and flexible.
- Excellent Analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Being acquainted with computer skills (in word and excel, powerpoint…)
- Clear and strong communication skills
- Fluent in English and Kinyarwanda skills; speaking and writing (French is an advantage)
- Able to work well under pressure.
