Job description
Monitoring the implementation of land husbandry activities; Documenting and reporting major land husbandry achievements, practices, challenges and suggesting adequate recommendations; Ensuring that all land husbandry operational activities are carried out in line with the work plan; Inspection of the buffer zone of rivers, natural and artificial water reservoirs and report on their status and propose best land husbandry techniques to restore encroached area; Facilitation of working environment between supervising companies, contractors, project district staff and the local community with successful result oriented; Preparation and implementation of education and public awareness programs related to land husbandry aspects; Development and implementation of land husbandry activity plans and road map; Production of land husbandry activities status report; Perform any other duties assigned by superv
