Key technical skills and knowledge: Alternatively Must be a native practitioner of Umwirongi Instrument ; At least 3 years of experience in teaching in the field of speciality and /or 3years Experience in Music TVET system; Exceptional teaching skills/experience; Having a positive role model for students, staff and parents in every respect; Encourage and develop confidence in students with patience; Past Experience of running bands or ensembles may be advantageous; The Ability to play and/or teach a second instrument may be advantageous; Has the ability to accompany rehearsals and concerts.
