Job responsibilities
1. Ensure preventive maintenance and the good functioning of equipment within the service 2. Ensure the management of the stock and consumables within the section. 3. Maintain continuous quality control and quality assurance procedures 4. Participate in biomedical research studies done within the service 5. Participate in training of district laboratory technicians and supervision in supervision & 6. mentorship of district hospitals and HC laboratories. 7. Perform tests according to the SOPs 8. Prepare reports of trainings and supervisions done and submit them to the supervisor 9. Ensure safety precaution and hygiene in the laboratory 10. Maintain proper records of tests performed 11. Accomplish any other task if needed.
