Call for application to outsource a qualified applicant to train maize farmers on maize post-harvest handling technologies, grain sampling, grading techniques, grain quality requirements and drying process
With the funding from GIZ to implement Integrated Development Project «Ensuring food and job security during the COVID-19 pandemic in Rwanda by creating jobs and increasing community income through enhancement of the maize supply chain and flour processing»; SOSOMA Industries Ltd would like to invite all professional and experienced Rwandan service providers to submit their competitive technical and financial offers in the response of SOSOMA Industries Ltd request for proposals to train a member of partner-cooperatives of SOSOMA Industries Ltd on maize post-harvest handling technologies, grain sampling, grading techniques, grain quality requirements, and drying process.
The detailed terms of reference for interested applicants are available in the secretariat of SOSOMA industries and are availed after the presentation of a payment slip of Five thousand. Rwandan Francs (5,000 Rwf) deposited on the bank account 00040-00290470-85 opened in Bank of Kigali in the names of SOSOMA Industries Ltd.
The interested applicants will submit their applications at the Secretariat of SOSOMA Industries Ltd located at Kigali, in Niboye Sector of Kicukiro District no later 10th December 2021 at 10:00 AM. The envelope containing the technical proposal shall have the mention:
“Application for the tender to train maize farmers ‘members on maize post-harvest handling technologies, grain sampling, grading techniques, grain quality requirements and drying process” The public opening will be done the same day at 10: 15 AM.
Notice:
- The offers submitted with delay will not be accepted
- Inconstant offers will be rejected from bid analysis.
