Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare engaging and effective weekly lesson plans tailored to the Cambridge curriculum for A’ Level Mathematics students.
- Uphold high professional standards aligned with the vision and mission of Wellspring Academy.
- Deliver comprehensive Mathematics instruction while integrating biblical values into the curriculum.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, fostering a conducive learning environment for students.
- Actively participate in department meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
- Collaborate with colleagues, staff, and administration to support the holistic development of students.
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all aspects of campus duties and responsibilities.
- Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the classroom on a consistent basis.
- Prioritize the health, safety, and welfare of students in accordance with school policies and procedures.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and needs.
- Be responsible for students’ spiritual growth and character formation
Reporting: Directly report to the Deputy Principal in charge of the Secondary section.
Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or its equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Specialization in Mathematics.
- Minimum of two years of teaching experience in an international program, with preference for Cambridge International Examinations (CIE).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Fluency in English is essential.

Contract Type and Duration:
Full-time position with an open-ended contract following successful completion of a one-year including three-month probationary period.
