Job Summary

Responsible to ensure all supplier invoices are well recorded and payments are made on time also to ensure timely settlement of government levies and control expenses.

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Timely payment and filing of all relevant taxes as per requirements
  • Timely reconciliation, declaration and payments of tax type positions and balances
  • Responsible for all tax audits and be the focal person with RRA on all correspondences
  • Timely processing of all non-claim payments (Supplier payables and Reinsurance)
  • Responsible for all accruals and prepayments.
  • Ensure accurate account allocations are done in a timely manner.
  • Ensure processing and payments of Premium Refund monthly.

Perform any other duty in support of day -today operations of the business




Qualifications and experience

  • University degree in accounting or related field
  • Tax/Payables knowledge
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance

Skills and competencies

  • Good communication and negotiating skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Working in a timely manner
