Job responsabilities

1. To establish, in conjunction with other senior managers, and then to monitor, clear performance targets, both quantitative and qualitative, for RBC, which will significantly improve operational performance. To monitor delivery of these targets and to take steps to address any inadequacy. 2. To ensure that the performance of RBC is efficient, effective and delivered within budget and strategic thinking. 3. To contribute to the RBC strategy through a thorough, current understanding Health Sector priorities, growth opportunities, including sources of sustainable funding. 4. Follow up on the SMT recommendations and timely enforce actions related to all RBC programs/Divisions 5. Follow up on resolutions from meetings with partners and advise DG on appropriate actions 6. To follow up and / or update on Key Performance indicators for Operational Services and to provide comprehensive monthly reports to the Director General.


7. Understand and scrutinize all partnerships action and operational plans including the content of MoUs and contracts between RBC and partners 8. Analyze biannually partners and clients’ satisfaction 9. Effectively implement strategic planning initiatives, Use analytical thinking to make critical decisions and follow up, Build consensus among conflicting points of view through active discussions and advance RBC’s stability through change and risk management. 10. Play an active role in grants negotiation and follow up 11. To provide professional leadership to the rest of staff at all levels throughout RBC 12. To raise the profile and reputation of RBC by working closely with partners in the health sector and other Government institutions. 13. To maintain an evidence-based culture, which is person centered, commands the confidence of RBC clients, and promotes multi-disciplinary and cross organizational working. 14. To contribute to the RBC Talent Management processes, supporting staff with identified potential to realize and achieve their full potential within the Institution.


Qualifications

      Master’s Degree in Public Health

      1 Years of relevant experience

      Master’s Degree in Global Health

      1 Years of relevant experience


    • 3

      Master’s degree in Epidemiology

      1 Years of relevant experience

    Bachelor’s Degree in General medicine

    3 Years of relevant experience
