Job Description

1. Coordination and Provision of training services in Food Safety Management System field
 Receive and review training requests in the areas of Food Safety Management System
 Communicate to Stakeholders about the outcomes of the review and Issue proforma invoices in case the training is agreed upon
 Propose a team of trainers and ensure prior preparation of the team to familiarize themselves with the training materials, customize them with the target groups, determine trainings techniques and styles, etc
 Ensure that training materials, standards, handouts and all logistics for the training are available within time
 Act a Secretary of the Committee in charge of preparation/ review of training materials and present them to the management for approval
 Conduct trainings and awareness to Stakeholders in the areas of Standards Training and Technical Assistance Officer in Food Safety Management System
 Prepare and issue certificates
 Report on awareness and training provided
 Implement recommendations from the awareness and trainings
 Ensure trainers are evaluated and recognized as per training procedures and guidelines
 Keep a database of trainers in the areas of Standards Training and Technical Assistance Officer in Food Safety Management System

2. Provision of the technical assistance to SMEs and public institutions
 Preparation of the gap analysis criteria
 Undertake gap analysis to SMEs and or public institutions to determine standards compliance level
 Coach SMEs and or identified public institutions ( training, coach in documenting the system, system implementation, carrying out internal audit, maintenance and improvement, etc) towards standards compliance and or certification
 Put in place a mechanism of recognition of SMEs and or public institutions as per the compliance level criteria
 Regular reporting on coached SMEs and public institutions compliance
 Implement the system of recognition/ awarding of SMEs and public institutions in accordance with their compliance level

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management

  • Bachelor’s Degree Microbiology

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology

    0 Year of relevant experience

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Sciences

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management Systems

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Biology with Education

    0 Year of relevant experience
