Job description
– Contribute to all activities related to operationalization of environmental and limnological laboratory analytics;
– Near plant monitoring activities: (Collect physical and chemical data, collect water samples, and perform required physico-chemical analysis);
– Perform and interpret the result of data and samples collected near methane gas extraction facilities.
– Participate and/or supervise Specific scientific research studies on the Lake;
– data shared by operators and compare them with the results of Near plant monitoring
– Regularly communicate with operators to discuss the results of monitoring finding for compliance purposes
– Participate in the elaboration of monitoring protocol
– Ensure that collected and produced data are adequately integrated in the Integrated Data Management System and shared according to the Data sharing policy in place
– Supervise the development and functioning of the 3D hydrodynamic model to assess the impact of methane extraction on the Lake.
