Job Description
•Develop the security policies, protocols and procedures for the institution to protect its physical assets;
• Ensure the proper implementation of the security policies within the premises;
• Monitor and supervise security guards;
• Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs;
• Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events;
• Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms;
• Review reports on incidents and breaches;
• Investigate and resolve issues in collaboration with other organs with the security mandate;
• Produce reports on management on security status;
• monitor the CCTV footage for all the traffic around the facilities.
