Its products mainly include baby diapers, with brands of Moni baby diapers and PlayGo Diapers.it is located in Bugesera economic zone, kagasa, Bugesera and having its head offices at Kigali City, Downtown Building
Sales and marketing Officer salary:(200K-500K)
Work location: Kigali, Huye, Kayonza.
Reporting to: Sales & Marketing manager
Requirements and Qualification
- Hold an A0 degree in Sales, Marketing, Sales & Marketing;
- Relevant working experience in distribution more than 3years
- Have a developed teamwork spirit; Excellent interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written;
- Attitude for persuasion and negotiation, Ability to create and deliver client presentations;
- Proven track record in sales environment;
- Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales target.
- Mastering Kinyarwanda language;
- Having good English and French speaking and writing skills;
- Must be creative, propose original campaigns, take initiatives;
- Have a technical mastery of the product and a good knowledge of the market,
- Listening constantly.
- Ability to Collect and disseminate relevant information.
Duty and Responsibilities
- Create, develop and close sales opportunities with potential new customers
- Promote specific products as directed by upper management
- Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
- Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
- Maximize the sale of Moni baby diapers and PlayGO as needed obtain exclusivity in certain sales areas;
- Marketing and promoting company products. Maintain permanent contact with old customers by seeking new customers to expand the market;
- Define the route based on the orders received; and take responsibility for all deliveries made;
- Meet the needs of customers and build loyalty to the company’s product;
- carry out market survey and Manage information and data (concerning customers, users, etc.);
