Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund supplies 1 million smallholder farmers with the agricultural services they need to make their farms vastly more productive. Our 8,000+ team is drawn from diverse backgrounds and professions. With operations across six core countries in Africa, we make farmers more prosperous by providing quality farm supplies on credit, delivered within walking distance of farmers’ homes, and agricultural training to improve harvests. About the Role
The Logistics Officer in charge of inventory has a responsibility to prepare and complete inventory related tasks. It includes preparing physical inventory counts, leading loading and returns and quality controls activities. During input deliveries, a logistics officer verifies and reports delivery documents.
You will report directly to the Regional Coordinator and you will manage 3-5 people.

Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
- 2+ years of experience in Agriculture.
- Inventory management skills
- Use calendars, planners and prioritization
- Focus on what is important, Make daily, weekly and monthly to-do lists of important tasks
- Warehouse organization complying with 5S&CIP Warehouse excellence
- Maintain complex spreadsheets, Google,….
- Manage databases
- Manage your mail and phone calls
- Data Analysis skills
- Accurate data sharing
- Minimize errors.
