Our merit scholarships are designed to reward those students who have been academically dedicated and engaged in their educational experience. Scholarships are determined at admission, and there is no separate application process.
Deans Merit-based Scholarships are given each fall and spring to new first-year undergraduate students who attend full time. Award amounts are up to 50% of tuition. Students must submit a SAT or ACT score to be eligible for this scholarship.
International Student Merit-based Scholarships are given each fall and spring to new international first-year and new international transfer students who attend full-time. These awards are based on academic achievement. Admitted international undergraduate students are awarded up to 14,000 U.S. dollars. This scholarship is based on grade point average and one of the following: TOEFL, IELTS, SAT or ACT score.
*Merit-based scholarships cannot be combined with other scholarships. **State-sponsored scholars are ineligible for merit-based scholarships.
