RE: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR THE PROVISION OF CONSULTING SERVICES TO CONDUCT ANNUAL WORK PLACE RISK ASSESMENT TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL RISKS AND ENSURE THEIR PREVENTION.
UMWALIMU SACCO (Umwalimu savings and credit cooperative) hereby invites qualified and experienced consultant/firms with proven capabilities to submit proposal for “conducting a comprehensive risk assessment” to identify potential hazards, assess risk and develop effective prevention strategies.
Competent bidders can obtain the details of the tender along the terms and conditions from UMWALIMU Sacco Head office KIMIRONKO-GASABO-KIGALI street No. KG 205ST on any working day with effect from 27/08/2024 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000FRW) on account No. 00040-00288891-58 Of UMWALIMU SACCO opened in Bank of Kigali.
Prices quoted shall be inclusive of any applicable taxes and shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of the tender.
The tender is quality and cost-based selection; therefore, the interested bidders shall be required to submit their proposal documents in two different offers (i.e technical offer and financial offer) in the sealed envelopes enclosed in larger outer envelope clearly labelled “PROVISION OF COMPREHENSIVE WORKPLACE RISK ASSESMENT TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL RISKS AND ENSURE THEIR PREVENTION:

Well detailed bids containing three copies: one original copy and two other copies with a mention of the outer envelope “PROVISION OF COMPREHENSIVE WORKPLACE ASSESSMENT TO IDENTIFY POTENTILS RISK AND ENSURE THEIR PREVENTION” shall be presented to UMWALIMUSACCO General secretariate in a sealed envelope addressed to the Director General of UMWALIMU SACCO, P.O.BOX 2257 KIGALI not later than 16/09/2024 at 10:00 AM local time. The public opening of the bids shall be held on the same day at 10:30 AM local time in UMWALIMU SACCO conference room. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
