An exciting journey for skilled, innovative, self-motivated with managerial ability to lead and work hand in hand with our repair team. This role reports directly to the Regional Repair Center Manager.
Main responsibilities
Supervision of all aspects of the testing, repair, and refurbishment process, scheduling and monitoring of technician activities, ensuring all processes conform to BBOXX policies and procedures, monitoring, implementation, and recording of quality control processes, supervise and account for all stock management within technical department, training, development and appraisal of direct technician reports, reporting of any relevant issues, concerns, desired improvements, corrective actions, etc., to line Manager and assist line manager and HR department in recruitment and disciplinary processes.
Qualifications
Technical degree or diploma
At least two (2) years of experience as a repair technician.
Desire for self-improvement and career progression
Proficient at using Microsoft computer software
Organized with good communicator both up and down
