Job description
– To prepare the candidates registration forms;
– To establish list of exams for candidates to sit for and to communicate it to schools;
– To prepare examination registration regulations;
– To dispatch forms to districts and schools;
– To collect and check registration forms from different districts and schools.
– To establish the exact data relative to the total enrolment of a particular this session and to follow up their registration;
– To prepare projects of regulations for candidates relative to examinations administration;
– To lay strategies on the proper conduct of examinations;
– To draft examinations time table and other different documents relative to examinations administration;
– To prepare data for examinations for purpose of printing and packing;
– To recruit supervisors and invigilators in different districts for examinations;
– To make arrangements for the marking of examinations and to recruit markers;
– To coordinate examinations administration;
– To make analysis and report on how the examinations were prepared and conducted;
– To furnish examinations marks to other relevant departments;
– To follow up the proof – reading of mark lists;
– To prepare payment list for markers;
– To compile all findings related to the conducting and marking of exams;
– To identify and correct irregularities on mark lists;
– To manage candidates claims/appeals.
