VSO CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY – RE-ADVERTISEMENT
VSO is a global voluntary organisation whose mission has been to bring people together to fight poverty through the lasting power of volunteering.
We will be running a tender process with the intention of establishing a Framework Agreement and appointing Preferred Suppliers for the provision of conferencing, accommodation, and catering services. Accommodation required includes hotels and guesthouses. Conferencing/meeting venues may link up with caterers and submit a joint bid under one supplier name. We are seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced suppliers/service providers.
VSO’s requirements:
The tender is divided into different lots as listed below in 14 districts in Rwanda and service providers may express their interest in one or more lots in their district(s):
- Kicukiro
- Lot 3A: Kicukiro accommodation – 3-5 providers
- Lot 3B: Kicukiro conference /meeting facilities and catering services – 3-5 providers
- Bugesera
- Lot 8A: Bugesera accommodation – 3-5 providers
- Lot 8B: Bugesera conference /meeting facilities and catering services – 3-5 providers
- Nyanza
- Lot 10A: Nyanza accommodation – 2-3 providers
- Lot 10B: Nyanza conference /meeting facilities and catering services – 2-3 providers

Expressions of interest: all expressions of interest must be received by VSO by 24th December 2021 at 5.00 pm and must be submitted either by email to the following email address: Godeberthe.nyiraminani@vsoint.org or in writing to the following address: VSO Rwanda, Head Office, Gasabo, Kimihurura KG 625 STREET no12. The EOI must include a contact name, company name, company address, phone, email address and must state the full name of the Lot(s) being applied for.
Tender documents: tender documents will be sent to those who expressed an interest, following the close of the EOI period.
Anticipated agreement start date: February 2022
Framework period: 1 year with the option to extend for an additional 1 year
VSO reserves the right not to award an agreement.
