Job Description

 Cover audiences and press conferences held by senior managers of the institution.
 Supervise translation and interpreting services subcontracted from specialized services
 Write speeches, messages and press release of the authorities of the Hospital
 Organize radio and TV broadcasts to inform the public on Institution’s activities;
 Design target messages for different public users and prepare budget related;
 Elaborate and negotiate contracts with suitable radio and TV Medias for message’s dissemination
 Contribute to the hospital environmental hygiene
 Participating in quality assurance and quality improvement of the hospital
 Update the Hospital Official Website and other institution social media accounts
 Perform other related duties as required


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field with 3 years of professional experience in communication

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field with 3 years of professional experience in public relations

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field with 3 years of professional experience in Media

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relation and Media

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Fluency in speaking and writing Kinyarwanda, English and/or French. Fluency in all 4 national languages (including Swahili) is an added advantage.
