Job Description

– Implement the branding/publicity and communication plan of the City of Kigali in the district and produce periodical reports thereof;
– Liaise with concerned District Officials and staff to seek their perspectives or feedback on issues or enquiries submitted by clients of the district;
– Maintain and foster relations between the District and various stakeholders;
– Work hand in hand with the City of Kigali Communication & Community Education Division and Media to manage, update and disseminate information about the District;
– Manage events organized by the District and coordinate the production of related branding materials;
– Collect data, and carry out press review and keep informing to the authorities of the district and the City of Kigali Communication & Community Education Division regularly informed on the image of the District, and accordingly, advise on the management of the district image/reputation;
– Keep the District staff regularly informed on decisions and recommendations made by Officials and update them on various events going on within or involving the district;
– Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor




Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Media

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any other field with three (3) years of professional experience in communication, media and/or public relations

    0 Year of relevant experience
