Job Description
1. Implement procurement procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
ï‚§ Prepare procurement planning and ensure its implementation;
ï‚§ Prepare tender documents;
ï‚§ Publish and distribute tender notice;
ï‚§ Receive and safe keep bids;
 Act as secretary of institution’s internal tender committee;
ï‚§ Request competent authorities to approve recommendations for the award of tender;
ï‚§ Prepare notification of tender award to the successful bidder;
ï‚§ Provide information and documents to Rwanda Public Procurement Authority whenever considered necessary;
ï‚§ Carry out any other duty provided for by regulations on public procurement.
2. Coordinate the contract Management activities
ï‚§ Monitor contract execution in collaboration with concerned departments;
ï‚§ Propose contract management reporting form;
 Keep updated the form and electronic contract management files for all institution’s tenders;
ï‚§ Produce reports on contract management.

Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management.
