Job Description

1. Prepare procurement planning.
2. Monitor procurement planning;
3. Monitor contract execution in collaboration with the beneficiary department;
4. Manage files relating to the documentation of the procurement proceedings;
5. Request competent authorities to approve recommendations for the award of tender
6. Provide information and documents to Rwanda Public Procurement Authority
7. Conduct bids evaluation of bids and recommend tender award
8. Prepare notification of tender award
10. Verify supporting documents related to invoices
11. Prepare bidding documents;
12. Publish tender notice in newspapers and distribute tender documents;
13. Draft the contract of tender award;
14. Receive goods ordered in collaboration with the beneficiary department
15. Participate in environmental hygiene of the hospital
16. Produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports of activities
17. Perform other related duties as required




Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Purchasing and Supply Chain Management

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s in Public Finance

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engeneering with Charter Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS)

    0 Year of relevant experience
