This includes arranging meetings and documentation for stakeholders and representatives of national and international development organizations that have a stake in the agriculture development.


– Compile information and background relating to development and funding organizations to support the RAB strategic plan. – Manage and update a database of all contact points and Memoranda of Understanding between RAB and other institutions and Development Partners relevant to agriculture sector. – Act as focal point for RAB reports and provide reference material to partners, maintaining and updating the information on RAB strategic development issues; and providing programme implementation information to other international organizations of interest. – Perform other administrative functions as necessary for the Policy and Strategy development, such as assisting with preparation of documents for technical assistance and cooperation and thematic planning; and organizing documents for the Board of Director’s meetings and also for the – Agriculture Joint Sector Review meetings.

Key Duties and Tasks • Payments of the received requests (Invoices from Suppliers, salaries and related benefits) in finance • Recording of Financial transactions in Health Center’s books of accounts • Filling and reporting of Financial Statements • Daily Control of the revenues received by the cashier and whether all money is recorded in cash journal and deposited in the bank account of the health center • Deal with human resource activities • Follow up and facilitate the procurement process and procurement plan • Follow up and facilitate inventories and assets of the health center • Follow up finance transactions and reporting system • Comply with taxes declaration regulation • Perform other related duties as required by his/her supervisor III. Role and Responsibilities

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building
The sales representative is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, and building relationships to foster trust. This includes answering questions about vehicle features, prices, financing options, and promotions, ensuring a personalized and positive experience.

Product Knowledge and Presentation
Sales reps must possess in-depth knowledge of the vehicles available, including specifications, performance, safety features, and financing options. They demonstrate vehicles, explain their benefits, and help customers compare models to make informed purchasing decisions.



Lead Generation and Follow-Up
Sales representatives actively prospect for new customers, whether through online leads, referrals, phone calls, or networking. They also follow up with previous customers, reminding them of offers, maintenance services, or new vehicle arrivals to encourage repeat business.

Negotiation and Closing Sales
A key responsibility is negotiating pricing and terms with customers. Sales reps must work within the dealership’s policies to close deals, explaining financing options, and ensuring the customer is satisfied with the final deal.

Administrative Duties and Sales Reporting
Sales reps are tasked with completing all necessary paperwork related to the sale, including contractsThey also update customer records in the dealership’s CRM system and provide regular sales reports to management.



Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven track record of at least three years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the automobile industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term partnerships.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business requirements.
  • Valid Rwandan Driving License (Category B)
