Job Description 

-Supervise research projects in Allied Health Sciences
-Help to determine the goals of the research project
-Make research schedules to monitor the activities of research team
-Draft research specifications
-Agree the terms of reference for research
-Manage competitive tendering exercises
– Ensure quality control of research
-Comment on draft research instruments and edit draft reports
-Work in collaboration with Quality Improvement Officer to design and develop actions for improvement within the hospital settings including accreditation standards implementation
-In collaboration with Director education, research, CPD and Quality Improvement, works in close partnership with external research contractors , other government analysts and policy colleague during the course of the research
-Explain complex ideas and findings in a way that can be easily understood
-Deliver presentations at conference
-Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
-Submit monthly, quarterly and annually report to the supervisor
-Present report findings of operational studies to relevant staff and with them, develop action for improvement basing on the identified gaps
-Participate in accreditation committees meetings as appointed
-Conduct regular physical inventory of the department
-Do anything else asked by his supervisor in the work
-Respect of values and taboos as being developed in the internal rules and regulations of the hospital


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health

  • Master’s Degree in Public Health

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Global Health

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Master’s Degree in Global Health

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Master’s degree in Epidemiology

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Epidemiology

    0 Year of relevant experience
