Key technical skills and knowledge:
At least 3 years of experience in teaching in the field of speciality and /or 3years Experience in Music TVET system; Exceptional teaching skills/experience; Having a positive role model for students, staff and parents in every respect; Encourage and develop confidence in students with patience; Having acceptable performance skills to sympathize with what a professional player would want; Being sensitive to know where to stop when fixing issues without causing damages; Showing self confidence
