Annual salary range: Rwf 18m to 21m (based on skills and experience)

Hours: Full time – 40 hours per week

Contract type: Fixed – 3 years (renewable).

Location: Kigali – Rwanda, with frequent travels to field in projects areas.

  • Programmequality, monitoring and evaluation
  • Project design and proposal input
  • M&E systems and framework
  • Capacity building and country support
  • Procurement of evaluation and M&E services

About you

As an ideal candidate for Monitoring and Evaluation Manager, you will bring at least 5 years of experience implementing M&E at senior level, experience of managing a team, learning and communications systems within an NGO humanitarian environment. Your expertise in using web-based data systems and advanced computer skills sets you apart.

Your attention to detail, especially regarding data accuracy, and strong time management skills make you an ideal candidate. As a team player, builder, and developer, you possess excellent verbal and writing skills, along with strong communication and presentation abilities. Your networking skills, coupled with the ability to work practically with government and development partners, will contribute to the success of our initiatives.
