Rwamagana Banana Wine CPC Company Ltd is located in Rwamagana industrial Park in Rwamagana District, Mwulire Sector. It was established to produce quality and high-value Banana based products for local and export markets.

Rwamagana Banana Wine CPC Company Ltd is looking for competent, dynamic, and self-motivated Rwandan nationals to fill the following positions:

Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

1. Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction
2. Identifying new customers.
3. Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
4. Creating promotions with advertising managers.
5. Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections.
6. Compiling lists describing our organization’s offerings.
7. Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
8. Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
9. Building brand awareness and positioning.
10. Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy.
11. Directing, planning, and coordinating marketing efforts.
12. Communicating the marketing plan.
13. Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish.
14. Researching demand for the organization’s products and services.
15. Evaluating competitors.
16. Handling social media, public relations efforts, and content marketing

Qualifications required

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
• At least two years of experience.
• Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
• Understanding of public relations.
• Advanced communication skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to change.
