Core Purpose of the Job
- Responsible for Telecom Revenue Assurance’s advanced data analytics, Group reporting and Controls and Maturity Assessments.
Key Performance Areas
overall Objective:
- Telecom Revenue Assurance’s advanced data analytics: root cause analysis.
- Usage of data analytics as a tool to identify issues (revenue leakages, cost leakages) and propose remedies.
- Work on predictive models using principles of artificial intelligence (AI) to help fight frauds and work with the Design Authority Manager to automate them.
- Work closely with the RA Operations Manager to identify new required dashboards or improve the existing ones.
- Design new useful dashboards/improve the existing ones and work closely with the RA Design Authority Manager to automate them.
- Responsible for monthly Group reporting.
- Responsible for the annual Group RAFM controls and Maturity assessments.
