Job Description
1.To plan for capacity building via training or programs
2. establishment of the standards and guides of treatments for alcohol and drug use disorders
3. Improve the quality of the services
4. Insure the integration of prevention and psychosocial rehabilitation units at all levels
5. Identification of needs /epidemiology of drugs and alcohol abuse
6. Implement programs against relapse
7. Initiate psycho-education programs for patients, families and communities
In collaboration with mental health stakeholders, MoH, Rwanda National Police, MINALOC:
Contribute to integration of prevention and psychosocial rehabilitation
Participate in providing responses to needs /epidemiology of drugs and alcohol abuse
Set up psycho-education programs for patients, families and communities

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology
0 Year of relevant experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychiatric Nursing
0 Year of relevant experience
