Job Title: Maintenance Engineer (Civil)
Reports to: Facility Maintenance Manager
Department: Facility Management
Job Purpose
The position will ensure the excellent condition and functionality for all buildings, systems, and equipment under The Client’s management.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all maintenance undertakings for properties under THE CLIENT’S management;
- Conduct maintenance activities including but not limited to civil works and ensure all other system within the building operates well;
- Perform regular inspection of THE CLIENT’S facilities and equipment to identify any issue;
- Enforce, Coordinate and follow up cost effective preventive maintenance plan for properties under THE CLIENT’S management;
- Supervise all maintenance works undertaken by outsourced contractors, to ensure compliance with the required standards is achieved.
- Ensure adequate Health, safety and security measures are adhered to according to the standards.
- Prepare technical specifications and cost estimate for snag repair works in all properties under THE CLIENT’S management;
- Work closely with other CLIENT’S technicians in the implementation of the maintenance activities.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering, Building Construction or a related field from a recognized institution.
- 4years working experience and 1 year in a supervisory and maintenance of buildings or construction site.
