Job description
– Draft the legal texts regarding the Ministry mandate;
– Conduct legal analysis and propose necessary amendments;
– Interpret laws, instructions, regulations and procedures to the Ministry;
– Provide legal opinion to laws, agreements, contracts and any other legal instruments;
– Collect and document all legal instruments relating to the institutions;
– Disseminate existing legal instruments involving the Ministry;
– Follow up legal instruments submitted for approval.
– Advise management on possible litigation risks and contribute to find solutions to avoid litigation;
– Deal with litigations involving the Ministry of Local Government;
– Carry out research relevant to his/her attributions to ensure standardized and effective performance;
– Perform any other ministry duties assigned by the competent authority.
Minimum Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Law
