Job Description
– Supervise land valuation exercises and ensure expropriation is done in accordance with laws, policies and regulations;
– Monitor and approve activities pertaining to valuation of land and other immovable property;
– Participate in the evaluation of property and expropriation of land that is legally owned by the District;
– Participate in the evaluation of immovable property and concessions during the expropriation of zones under the jurisdiction of the District.
