Job responsibilities
– To work closely with the Ministry having labor under its portfolio and aligned institutions – To develop and maintain a labor statistics framework, – To harmonize classification and data collection tools, – To design and implement the periodic labor force Survey; – To harmonize labor data collection tools in the relevant Ministries, departments and agencies; – To produce annual report on labor statistics in collaboration with relevant Ministries departments and agencies; – To participate in the implementation of any other social and demographic surveys; – To analyze household or establishment surveys data in the perspective of labor statistics; – To provide regular monitoring and progress reports to the Director of the Department (DSS) – To participate in the development of the Annual Work Program, the Budget and the Report of activities of the Unit
