Kwiyahura kwabaye kwinshi: Ibimenyetso bikomeye by’umuntu ushobora kwiyagura

3. Agahinda gakabije twagereranya na Depression




Umuntu ushaka kwiyahura kandi ashobora kugaragarwaho n’agahinda gakabije gashobora nokugaragazwa n’ibi bikurikira:

. Kugira uburakari bukabije; kwiyenza, kudafata ibyemezo, kutababazwa n’ibibabaje n’ibindi.
