About Kepler

Since Kepler’s launch in 2013, we are building a model of accessible and quality higher education. We provide a different kind of education – one that combines in-person, online and on-the-job learning in service of a singular goal: decent jobs for young Africans. And we have been successful, with more than 90% of scholars employed within six months of graduating. Kepler, through a partnership with Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU), has enrolled more than 1,000 students across our campuses in Rwanda (Kigali and the Kiziba refugee camp in Western Rwanda).

We have entered into a dynamic time at Kepler. Over the next few months, Kepler has been locally accredited in Rwanda through Kepler College and we are expanding our academic offerings and programs in Rwanda and Ethiopia.

We seek an experienced and passionate Volleyball Head Coach for our campus in Kigali to train and lead our team of student athletes. This position will be responsible for initiating various aspects of the Volleyball Program, such as recruiting within the school, training and coaching the members of the Volleyball Club, assessing player’s skill, organizing and scheduling practice sessions, developing in-game strategies, and actively leading the team during games.

This position requires some travel, so you must have the flexibility to attend away games. This job also requires you to interact thoughtfully and respectfully with students, staff and community. She/he reports to the Director of People, Talent and Culture, works closely with the Student Affairs Manager, and collaborates with key staff across Kepler.script async
